Terms of Service

Divisio is a web-based tool for customer segmentation and clustering analysis. You upload your data, choose an algorithm, and get results — all in your browser. We provide the software as-is on a best-effort basis.

You may use divisio for lawful business and personal analytics purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the system
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Resell access to the service without written permission

Free accounts have access to core clustering features. Pro subscriptions unlock additional capabilities such as saved configurations and business rules.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You retain full ownership of any data you upload. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded files are processed in memory and never stored on our servers. We do not access, sell, or share your data.

Divisio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Clustering results are statistical outputs — not business advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the results. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
